Plainfield Public Library

Professional and amateur photographers of all ages are invited to enter the Plainfield Public Library’s 2008 Photography Contest. This year’s theme is “Storefronts and Shopping Scenes,” and entries are now being accepted. The contest is made possible through the support of the Friends of the Plainfield Public Library and the Plainfield Cultural and Heritage Commission.

Entries will be exhibited in the library’s main gallery in November and December, 2008. Winning photographs will become part of the Plainfield Public Library’s historic photograph collection. Cash prizes will be awarded only to photographers whose works relate to this year’s theme.
